The JayDoc Community Clinic is dedicated to providing quality, compassionate health care to people in need in partnership with Guadalupe Clinic.

•    Diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, EKGs)
•    Patient education
•    Referrals to specialists
•    School and work physicals
•    Women’s health care (excluding prenatal care)
